- Build demo and evaluation environments
- Conduct design reviews
- Define functional safety concepts
- Define system architecture
- Develop robotics ecosystem partnerships
- Drive hardware firmware platform software and AI execution
- Drive technical PoC evaluation with customers
- Ensure IP protection and security by design
- Execute fault injection and root cause analysis
- Implement quality systems DFx PFMEA control plans acceptance test reliability growth
- Introduce industrial IoT cloud AI and Windows solutions
- Lead bring up through validation
- Lead cross site design transfer for NPI and manufacturing
- Lead end-to-end system integration
- Lead operational safety compliance
- Manage suppliers and integrators
- Negotiate technical statements of work acceptance criteria and deliverables
- Own system KPIs latency power thermal availability safety
- Perform FMEA and FTA
- Provide technical training to customers
- Run system V model stage gates
- Support robotics startup investment and subsidy collaborations
- Translate product requirements into system designs
