AI Program Manager & Developer
Tasks
- Bring forward use cases risks and adoption metrics
- Communicate governance licensing and publishing updates
- Coordinate AI initiatives across customer support professional services TAM CSM and customer operations
- Create documentation and playbooks for scalable AI deployment
- Design and build custom GPTs and AI workflows
- Develop structured workflows and agentic use cases
- Ensure RBAC data security and governance controls
- Establish reusable AI frameworks
- Identify and prioritize AI use cases
- Lead AI roadmap execution across services and support
- Measure adoption and optimize based on usage data
- Partner with IT on integrations
- Provide training best practices and AI office hours
- Serve as liaison to AI business council
- Track and report adoption efficiency and ROI metrics
- Translate enterprise AI strategy into customer office execution plans
