Fulfillment Specialist
Tasks
- Coordinate with ops and customer support on shipping returns and inventory issues
- Maintain inbound outbound notes and exception logs
- Maintain inventory accuracy and locations
- Maintain warehouse organization cleanliness and safety
- Pack items to prevent damage
- Pick pack and ship outbound orders
- Provide light office support as needed
- Receive inbound shipments and verify counts
- Support cycle counts and reconciliation
