Tasks
- Act as product owner for AI solutions
- Communicate progress impact and value to executives
- Define AI strategy and portfolio
- Drive model governance responsible AI and validation
- Ensure GMP GxP compliance and data integrity
- Establish OKRs KPIs and track business impact
- Evaluate buy-build-partner options
- Govern portfolio from proof of concept to scaled products
- Identify prioritize AI use cases
- Integrate AI into MES ERP LIMS ELN QMS APS WMS and logistics workflows
- Lead change management training and super user programs
- Lead cross functional delivery with internal teams and partners
- Lead upskilling and AI adoption culture
- Serve as primary interface between operations teams and AI partners
- Set problem statements adoption thresholds and value plans
- Translate business needs into AI solutions
