Remote Open Enrollment Specialist
Tasks
- Assist participants with benefit enrollment inquiries
- Coordinate calls with insurance companies
- Coordinate calls with retirement providers
- Ensure timely completion of inbound inquiries
- Manage new cases
- Manage open cases
- Provide concierge service support
- Provide proactive participant status updates
- Resolve inbound inquiries end to end
- Work with employee and client services teams
