Senior Compensation & Analytics Manager
Tasks
- Advise on compensation philosophy and People strategy
- Build scalable compensation frameworks
- Consolidate and clean People data across HRIS ATS Finance
- Create executive and board level analytics materials
- Deliver quarterly compensation reports to benchmarking partners
- Design and maintain compensation bands and benchmarking frameworks
- Generate workforce insights using People Analytics
- Lead engagement survey analytics and recommendations
- Manage off cycle compensation adjustments
- Own and improve end to end compensation cycle
- Partner with Finance on headcount planning and scenario modeling
- Reduce manual modeling using spreadsheets automation and AI workflows
- Support compensation budget tracking and alignment
