- Collaborate with stakeholders on enterprise outcomes and KPIs
- Create omnichannel performance insights for ROI and budget allocation
- Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Define product roadmap priorities
- Develop unified roadmap for performance analytics and optimization
- Lead discovery and validate solution feasibility
- Manage PRDs documentation and sprint planning support
- Monitor product adoption and outcome metrics
- Own performance optimization product strategy
- Partner with tech leads on delivery sequencing and tradeoffs
- Support experimentation to improve marketing mix and analytics outcomes
- Translate business needs into measurable product outcomes
