Supervisor Outbound Fulfillment Night Shift
Tasks
- Assist with evening scheduling for night warehouse operations
- Attend monthly safety meetings
- Coach direct and counsel team associates
- Conduct team meetings
- Define productivity expectations and monitor progress
- Direct filling loading and checking product orders
- Ensure accurate and efficient fulfillment of orders
- Maintain safe working environment per OSHA
- Participate in quarterly online training
- Recommend employee development opportunities
- Supervise order fulfillment for retail customers
- Support recruitment and hiring
- Train team associates on policies and service guidelines
- Use operations reports to track warehouse metrics
