3PL Fulfillment Manager
Tasks
- Build omnichannel processes for efficiency customer experience and cost optimization
- Build relationships with 3PL partners carriers and suppliers
- Conduct global warehouse audits and ensure compliance
- Drive logistics automation and predictive models
- Ensure 3PL partner service level compliance
- Lead network expansion through new warehouse launches
- Manage fulfillment scalability across sales channels
- Oversee inbound outbound returns and replenishment operations
- Partner with IT BI ERP Finance and Commercial teams for operational improvements
- Set Amazon operations benchmarks for replenishment allocation and inventory
