- Coordinate delegation audits
- Develop provider education programs
- Direct daily employee work activities
- Distribute and track participating provider agreements
- Ensure payer compliance with enrollment criteria
- Ensure timely payor enrollment submissions
- Implement enrollment quality initiatives
- Maintain enrollment policy and procedures
- Manage contractual notifications to payors
- Monitor health plan provider escalations
- Oversee provider list reconciliation
- Perform hiring termination corrective action performance reviews
- Represent organization on internal committees
- Resolve payor enrollment operational issues
- Supervise enrollment team feedback
- Track delegated credentialing agreements
- Track enrollment performance metrics
