Tasks

Analyze dealer volume and market data
Analyze territory potential and sales performance
Assist dealers with pricing claims and special orders
Conduct product knowledge meetings for retail associates
Coordinate with quality control on claim disputes
Develop and execute territory sales plans
Educate customers on product lines
Educate retail teams on product features and style trends
Enter sample orders and track fulfillment
Grow sales with existing accounts
Identify and onboard new retail dealer accounts
Launch and support promotions for new collections
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM
Maintain competitive market awareness
Plan and schedule weekly travel and appointments
Prepare materials and samples for customer meetings
Prepare status reports
Resolve claims refunds and sample requests
Sell and close deals for hard surface products
Serve as primary point of contact for retail partners
Support customers on B2B platform
Update in store displays samples and marketing materials
Use Tableau and AS400 Web400 for reporting and stock checks
