Hard Surface Sales - Sales Rep (Kansas to include West Missouri)
Tasks
- Analyze dealer volume and market data
- Analyze territory potential and sales performance
- Assist dealers with pricing claims and special orders
- Conduct product knowledge meetings for retail associates
- Coordinate with quality control on claim disputes
- Develop and execute territory sales plans
- Educate customers on product lines
- Educate retail teams on product features and style trends
- Enter sample orders and track fulfillment
- Grow sales with existing accounts
- Identify and onboard new retail dealer accounts
- Launch and support promotions for new collections
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM
- Maintain competitive market awareness
- Plan and schedule weekly travel and appointments
- Prepare materials and samples for customer meetings
- Prepare status reports
- Resolve claims refunds and sample requests
- Sell and close deals for hard surface products
- Serve as primary point of contact for retail partners
- Support customers on B2B platform
- Update in store displays samples and marketing materials
- Use Tableau and AS400 Web400 for reporting and stock checks
