QNX, Director, EMEA Sales - General Embedded (GEM)
Tasks
- Collaborate cross functionally on technical sales cycles
- Conduct executive customer engagement with CTOs and procurement leaders
- Identify and develop new opportunities in emerging embedded markets
- Lead and mentor account executives team
- Manage strategic enterprise sales cycles
- Oversee strategic account management
- Own regional forecasting and pipeline accuracy
- Partner with product management field engineering and marketing on go to market execution
- Recruit and structure teams for growth
- Set sales goals coach team members and ensure sales methodology execution
