- Build and manage a sales pipeline
- Collect and analyze voice of customer feedback
- Create and maintain accurate forecasts
- Develop account plans and joint business plans
- Drive sales and renewals for existing accounts
- Escalate customer needs and product trends
- Expand customer network to identify new budget holders
- Identify and develop new revenue opportunities
- Manage and strengthen customer relationships
- Partner with customer success teams to improve client satisfaction
