Tasks
- Administer digital initiatives BOPIC Same Day Delivery Curbside Express Pay Ship from Club
- Drive club performance using business data
- Ensure orders are picked on time to meet SLA
- Identify expired items and short dated items
- Lead omni team members
- Maintain SFC and BOPIC area cleanliness and organization
- Maintain policies and procedures
- Manage inventory discrepancies and communicate issues
- Manage returns and determine handling method
- Meet Omni productivity expectations and performance metrics
- Package orders per SOP
- Pick orders using RF scanner
- Print staging tickets packing slips and shipping labels
- Process member orders using pick list
- Provide leadership for Omni departments
- Review and manage daily and weekly Omni reporting
- Train coach and develop omni experience ambassadors
- Update merchandise locations and staging
- Verify merchandise with RF scanner
