- Manage order picking and packing
- Manage returns handling
- Monitor team member performance
- Package orders securely
- Print staging tickets packing slips shipping labels
- Process member orders
- Review daily and weekly OMNI reporting
- Teach coach and train omni team members
- Update merchandise locations
- Use handheld RF scanner for picking and verification
