Order Fulfillment Coordinator
Tasks
- Alert procurement of low inventory
- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers
- Generate daily fulfillment reports
- Maintain order records in ERP and OMS
- Monitor stock levels
- Provide order status tracking and returns information
- Resolve shipment delays damages and lost packages
- Review incoming orders for accuracy
- Schedule shipments
- Track shipments in real time
- Verify pricing and inventory availability
