Medicare & Medicaid Enrollment Supervisor

Tasks
- Conduct enrollment documentation audits
- Coordinate with Finance Claims Part D and internal departments on enrollment impacts
- Develop quality assurance processes and standardized workflows
- Ensure participant eligibility information is complete accurate and timely
- Identify enrollment error trends and implement process improvements
- Maintain Medicare entitlement letters and participant follow up
- Manage Medicare entitlement status monitoring and communications
- Manage retroactive enrollment and disenrollment requests
- Oversee Medicaid eligibility and renewals
- Oversee Medicare enrollment and disenrollment
- Oversee monthly enrollment and eligibility reconciliation
- Reconcile PACE enrollment records with CMS and MARx
- Resolve discrepancies between state Medicaid systems and organizational records
- Review CMS transaction reports and resolve rejected transactions
- Track Medicaid renewal dates and required documentation
- Train enrollment staff on Medicare and Medicaid documentation requirements
