Tasks
- Communicate delivery dates and schedule windows
- Confirm order completion and invoicing requirements
- Coordinate fulfillment timelines with internal teams
- Coordinate site readiness and material delivery
- Escalate internal blockers for resolution
- Monitor part availability for non standard or replacement parts
- Serve as customer primary contact
- Track order execution status and notify customers of delays
- Update systems of record for milestone progression
