Field Supervisor, Telecom Fulfillment
Tasks
- Assign and redistribute daily work
- Communicate workload reroutes and escalations
- Conduct KPI verification calls with leadership
- Ensure resources are secured and maintained
- Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Ensure tasks meet quality standards
- Ensure technicians are logged in and ready to begin
- Handle CPE deliveries stock and scan equipment assign CPE
- Mentor and develop technicians
- Monitor technician progress using workforce management tools
- Oversee daily installation and fulfillment operations
- Participate in onboarding of new contractor crews
- Perform in person quality checks
- Respond to client calls and escalations
- Review completed work and provide feedback
- Support technicians with troubleshooting
- Track and collect required client equipment
- Travel to project sites
- Validate jobs marked not done with customers
